  • Guaranteed delivery date Feb 16, said it would be here by 8pm. Now they say it will be here by Feb 22. Checked tracking and it has been sitting in their warehouse for 2 days. Is that any way to run a business? I would be embarrassed to say I work there. Amazon, why do you use this service?

  • Tracking info wrong. Package location unknown. Ty for screwing up my kids birthday. UPS is laying off 12,000. Just shut it down and let Fedx do your job. UPS IS HORRIBLE.

  • Once again UPS provides the wrong information. My phone says one thing and my computer says something else. I get a text message saying that my package would be delivered around 12:00 PM +/-, but as always it will deliver after 7:00 PM. This is not the first time this has happened. This is the first time I am posting about this situation.

  • Absolute garbage. At 9.15 this morning I heard a note drop through the front door letterbox. After a couple of minutes I went to investigate only to find a “UPS Sorry we missed you “ note! And the UPS app is so rubbish that I have no idea where my parcel is. Avoid this company at all costs . I would give zero stars if possible

  • I'm a retired ups driver....one of the biggest complaints I heard before I retired was with pkgs that had to deal with the post office (also known as parcel post). What many people do not understand is that ups delivers those pkgs directly to the local post office in large Grey Teflon bags to be sorted out and delivered from the post office to the final destination......although ups gets those bags to the post office in a very timely manner, I have seen it take days for the post office to complete the process....this causes major confusion because the tracking info shows ups has delivered the pkg (which case they actually have- but to the post office).

  • They, delivered package of 350 dollar paint product, that says clearly on the front of package not to FREEZE, in the back of my house, near a garage door, right smack in the snow, at the beginning of a snow storm that had been well announced in advance, when they could of taken a few steps walking to my large front porch, that is well protected from the elements and where I could of easily seen the package. No emails was sent either informing me of the delivery. Found the frozen paint 20 hours latter. Ruined. I am finally leaving a bad review because UPS has never impressed me very much. When I have a say in the matter, I always choose FEDX. This confirms how low quality service they have become.

  • Package was to be delivered GENERAL DELIVERY TO POST OFFICE. That is where the label shows I did not say I was picking up at a ups. Waited for my package since Nov.30. Showed up at post office late Dec.8th and was immediately sent back!
